Description:

Located at the Chambersburg, PA Operations Center, the Assistant Documentation Specialist will be responsible for performing pre- and post- closing commercial loan documentation review; maintaining and monitoring a documentation exception tracking system; documentation preparation (commercial); providing guidance to commercial lending personnel; reviewing and implementing loan documentation software; and providing training as necessary; completing appraisal reviews on transactions $1MM or less.

Experience & Education:

An associate’s degree with an emphasis in business or business law and/or paralegal certification preferred. A minimum of one to five years specialized banking experience including loan documentation and/or loan review.

Skills:

Must have a thorough knowledge of the Banks lending policy, commercial documents, financial and loan accounting, common legal terminology. Must demonstrate logical capability, reasonable and prudent business judgment, above average oral and written communicative skills and organizational skills. Must exhibit well-developed interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate moderate software skills using Word, Excel, Access and on-line calendaring. Must proficiently operate office equipment.
